Once your order has been shipped, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Misery Dept. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Misery Dept. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you if needed.
